Privacy Policy

Adventurers by Claudia Pulido ("Adventurers", "we", "us") is operated by Claudia Pulido, an individual and sole proprietor in Florida, United States. Manawa Consulting provides the technology for this site as technology sponsor and developer; Manawa Consulting is not the seller.

Who this site is for

This site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for children's data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

What we collect

  • Name, email address and phone number (at checkout we ask only for these three)
  • Optional organization (for some registrations)
  • Your language preference
  • Your selections (for example, the product or sponsor level you choose)
  • Your consents and preferences
  • Order and payment references (for example, an order number or a Zelle reference)
  • Your Library records (editions you own, memberships, gifts and credits)

We do not collect card numbers. We do not currently accept card payments.

Your private Library link

After your payment is verified, we send you a private link to your Library. The link works like a password: keep it secret and do not share or post it. Anyone who has it can open your Library. We store only a scrambled (hashed) version of the secret part, so we cannot read it back. If your link is lost or shared, contact us and we will replace it; the old link then stops working.

Gift Membership redemption

When someone redeems a Gift Membership code, we collect only the adult recipient's name, email and phone number (and their consents). We do not collect any information about children. The gift code is used once and stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, verify payments, give you access to your Library, handle Gift Memberships, send you the files or notices you asked for, answer your questions, keep required records, and (only if you agree) send updates.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers to run the site:

  • Supabase: database
  • Netlify: website hosting

Two operators, Javier and Claudia, can access order and registration records to run the business and verify payments.

Cookies and analytics

No cookies for tracking or analytics are used at launch. [OWNER: update this section before adding any analytics, advertising or tracking tools.]

Retention

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing the privacy contact below. Residents of some states have rights under state privacy laws (sometimes called CCPA-style rights). We handle such requests through this same email process and will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity.

Legal basis

This policy follows a Florida baseline and general US practice. It has not been reviewed by an attorney.
