Membership Terms

Adventurers by Claudia Pulido ("Adventurers", "we", "us") is operated by Claudia Pulido, an individual and sole proprietor in Florida, United States. Manawa Consulting provides the technology for this site as technology sponsor and developer; Manawa Consulting is not the seller.
Availability. Membership checkout may not be live at launch. These terms apply when memberships are offered. Nothing here is an offer until checkout is available.
What a membership gives you
A membership lets you add Adventurers Digital Editions to your Library. A Digital Edition is one story in one language, for one age range, of one edition type (for example, a reading edition). PDF, EPUB and HTML are formats of the same edition, not separate editions. Corrections to an edition you own are included.

After you use your included editions, you can add more at your plan's member price:

Without a membership, each Digital Edition is USD 14.99 (see the Digital Edition Purchase Terms).
How included editions work
- Monthly plans: your included editions are for that monthly cycle only. Unused editions do not roll over to the next cycle.
- Annual plans: all included editions for the year are available right away. Unused editions expire at the end of the annual term.
- An included edition is used only when you add an edition to your Library. Failed, abandoned, unverified, duplicate or retried orders do not use your allowance.
- Editions you add stay in your Library after your membership ends, is cancelled, or changes to a different plan.
When your membership starts
Your membership starts after your payment is verified (see the Payment Terms). If you already have an active membership, a new membership you buy starts when the current one ends. Terms never overlap, and you do not lose paid time.
Renewal
Memberships paid by Zelle do not renew automatically. To continue, you place and pay a new order before or after your term ends. Cancellation
Cancelling means your membership will not be renewed. You keep access until the end of the term you already paid for. You can tell us you do not want to renew by emailing claupulsa@gmail.com or by using the option in your Library. There is no proration: we do not issue partial refunds for unused time or unused editions. For refunds before or after activation, see the Refund Policy.
Changing plans
- Upgrade or downgrade: you buy the new plan. It starts when your current term ends. There is no proration and no partial credit for the current term.
- Editions already in your Library stay there after any change.
Sponsor discount
A verified sponsor may receive a one-time discount on one annual plan, as described in the Sponsor Program Terms. It does not apply to monthly plans.
Separate from other products
Membership is separate from sponsorship and the Associate program. A membership is not required to buy a Digital Edition.

Changes
We will give notice before changing prices for existing members. A price change does not affect a term you already paid for. [COUNSEL: confirm notice period.]
