Adventurers by Claudia Pulido ("Adventurers", "we", "us") is operated by Claudia Pulido, an individual and sole proprietor in Florida, United States. Manawa Consulting provides the technology for this site as technology sponsor and developer; Manawa Consulting is not the seller.
Our intention
For its first-year commitment, the Adventurers business intends to set aside 10% of DEFINED_BUSINESS_PROFIT for St. Joan of Arc, in honor of the people who take part in Adventurers. The definition of business profit is pending review by a CPA and counsel. [OWNER: publish the definition when approved.]
Authorization
Authorization from St. Joan of Arc is pending. Until it is approved, we do not claim any endorsement, partnership or affiliation, and we do not use their name or logo as such. [COUNSEL: confirm the safe public wording below.]
What this is and is not
- It is a commitment by the business, calculated on business profit only.
- It is not a donation by customers, sponsors or Associates.
- It is not calculated on any single payment, sponsorship or purchase.
- No tax deduction or receipt is offered to customers. Payments to Adventurers are not charitable contributions. Ask your own tax adviser.
- Estimates are not completed gifts. We will report a gift only after it is made.
Recognition
People may be recognized "in honor of" their participation only with their permission, and they may choose to stay private.
Separate from other programs
Community Giving is separate from Associate cashback and from sponsor benefits.
