Adventurers by Claudia Pulido ("Adventurers", "we", "us") is operated by Claudia Pulido, an individual and sole proprietor in Florida, United States. Manawa Consulting provides the technology for this site as technology sponsor and developer; Manawa Consulting is not the seller.

Methods at launch

Zelle (manual verification) is the only payment method we offer.

Card payments (Stripe), Venmo and PayPal are not offered at this time.

One order, one payment

You can combine Digital Editions, a membership and a sponsorship in one order. Before you confirm, checkout shows what you buy, what you receive, and what you pay today. Nothing is purchased until you review and confirm it.

Zelle payments (manual verification)

• Send Zelle payments only to the recipient shown at checkout: Claudia Pulido, claupulsa@gmail.com. Check the name and email carefully.
• Include the unique order reference we give you.
• After you send it, you can tell us "I sent the payment". That message is not payment. Your order moves to Payment Verification and stays there until we confirm it.
• Your order is marked Paid only after an authorized operator verifies the payment in our bank records.
• Screenshots and messages are not verification. We do not confirm an order based on a screenshot, text or email saying you paid.
• Only authorized operators (currently Javier and Claudia) verify Zelle payments.
• Zelle transfers are generally not reversible by us. Sending to the wrong recipient or with a wrong amount is your responsibility to fix with your bank. If the amount is wrong we may ask for the difference or refund.
• We will never ask you to send Zelle to a different email or phone than the one shown at checkout.

Memberships paid by Zelle

Zelle memberships do not renew automatically. To continue, you place and pay a new order. See the Membership Terms.

Prices and currency

Prices are in US dollars. Sponsor amounts are charged exactly as you enter them. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown before payment. [COUNSEL/CPA: sales-tax treatment pending.]

Verification and benefits

Library access, digital delivery, membership time, sponsor thank-you items and discounts start only after verified payment.

Failed or disputed payments

We may cancel unverified orders. Contact us before opening a dispute so we can help.
